Definition of EMS (NMES)

Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) involves the application of a series of intermittent stimuli to superficial skeletal muscles, with the main objective to trigger visible muscle contractions due to the activation of the intramuscular nerve branches.

Muscle strength and power: training athletes for better performance in muscle strength and endurance, treating dystrophy disorders

Cellulite treatment and bodytoning: targeted muscle groups can exercise, so therapy enhances metabolism by improving blood circulation.

Adjust values on each muscle group separately or simultaneously. Fine-tune the following parameters: impulse time, pause, depth, frequency, increase, strength. Individual or synchronized training programs for 1-3 clients.
Save your clients default settings in every mode. Add your comments after the training session.

Video training mode

30 preset exercises

Drag and drop exercises to create a diverse training plan. Set impulse time and pause and add the number of repetitions to each exercise.
Mirror the screen with Chrome Cast or Apple TV for a broader experience (large TV or projector). Group mode is also available up to 3 people. The 3D animations are based on real industry-leading 3D scanning meshes.
Just follow the on-screen instructions and start your workout.
Using the Video Training Mode allows trainers focus exclusively on clients, even during a group session.
